These are ideal heavy duty burners for use in general cooking especially for colloidal solutions for example milk & other dairy products.They can also be used by the chemical & pharmaceutical industries where heating by conduction is required.
These burners are recommended to be used at a pressure of 0.3 kg/cm²(4.5 psig), however, this may be varied by ą25% the heat output being varied accordingly.

Note - These burners are available in both CI & Brass Checknuts.
