These burners are used for fitting under the griddle/chappati plates used in commercial cooking by restaurants, hotels & canteens. These are also used in hot cases, bain marie & in various industrial applications such as drying ranges, tin baths heating & textile processing where linear heating is required.
These burners are recommended to be used at a pressure of 0.3 kg/cm2 (4.5 psig), however, this may be varied by ± 25% the heat output being varied accordingly. Apart from the standard models listed in the table, these burners can be supplied in any ribbon length up to a maximum size of 2100 mm (83 ins.)
